Get a permit to build a home on land you own. The permit is issued electronically once the plans are approved.

Steps
  1. Log in with the National Single Sign-On (Nafath).
  2. Fill in the application and attach the plans.
  3. Pay the fees.
  4. Receive the permit by email.
Eligibility
  • Saudi citizens and residents who own the land.
  • The land has a valid deed.
Required information
  • The land deed.
  • Architectural plans approved by an engineering office.
  • The national ID or residence permit.
